有阻尼振动弛张筛主浮筛框运动规律的研究

Study on the motion law of main and floating screen frame of vibrating flip-flow screen

摘要: 为了深入了解振动弛张筛主浮筛框的运动规律,考虑阻尼的影响,建立了振动弛张筛的力学模型和振动微分方程,利用复数法求解,提出象限确定相位的方法,推导出了振动弛张筛主浮筛框振幅及相位的表达式,得到了振动弛张筛主浮筛框的幅频特性曲线和相频特性曲线,并分析了影响主浮筛框运动规律的因素,提出了调节振动弛张筛主浮筛框幅值比的方法,完善了振动弛张筛在振动机理研究方面的理论。

Abstract: In order to extensively understand the motion law of main and floating screen frame of vibrating flip-flow screen, mechanical model and vibration differential equation of the vibrating flip-flow screen are established considering the effect of damping. The formulas of amplitude and phase of active and floating screen frame of vibrating flip-flow screen are derived using complex number method and the method of determining phase through quadrant is also proposed. In addition, the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve and phase-frequency characteristic curve of active and floating screen frame of vibrating flip-flow screen are acquired and the factors that influence the movement of active and floating screen frame are analyzed. Eventually, a proposal is presented that changing the mass of floating screen and adjusting shear spring stiffness accordingly can adjust the amplitude ratio of active and floating screen frame under the condition that the working frequency and relative amplitude are basically unchanged. All of these research results will improve the theory support of the design of vibrating flip-flow screen.
